A beautiful welcome to spring time!

At least on this northern part of the country, the past Swedish winter was long and cold with tons and tons of snow that seemed would take until the middle of May to melt. From the cold dark winter, spring took over with beautiful wild flowers and birds chirping merrily!

The Zontians of Sundsvall welcomed spring time and celebrated the last meeting for the first half of the current biennium on Wednesday, the 11th of May, with the club's first ever hat parade !!











Though I was unable to attend this club meeting, I did wear a headdress this same week when I was in the Swedish west coast, not only to celebrate spring time but also to celebrate a new beginning!
