International Day of Peace

September 21 is the International Day of Peace. This year's observance is under the slogan "Peace=Future". Let us think peace not only in terms of cessation of war, armed conflicts and disputes but also in terms of harmonious co-existence of people of different colors and beliefs, respect for human rights and the achievement of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDG)
